A person on another forum was suspicious of the authenticity of MAC products from allcosmeticswholesale.com and the lady who runs allcosmeticswholesale assured that the products she sold were authentic and came straight from Estee Lauder (which owns MAC). I believe that is how they are able to sell MAC for a discount because they order in bulk and get it directly from the main source (instead of having to go through a middle man). I've ordered from allcosmeticwholesale.com (cash flow paint pot, pandamonium quad, quite natural paint pot) and they have all been authentic. Delivery was fast and the items were packaged nicely. I've only heard good things about allcosmeticswholesale.com. HTH! maybe MAC has a mega surplus of items.. they are just trying to clear out. I can't wait to order from this site.. most of the things I want are cheaper even after its converted to Canadian dollars. woo hoo! well either way, i've ordered a ton from the store and its all been real. the eyeshadows were real. lipsticks. lipglasses. all real. soooo i will continue to buy from her lol. It's possible that some of the products which turn up at non-authorized outlets come from people who work in the factories and go to the factory sales - Markham certainly has a large sale for staff or by invitation only. I heard the same many months ago, if not 1 year ago when someone started the good & bad sellers list. They were eventually put on the bad but personally I dont have experience with them... I live in Norway and have ordered from her, on eBay and allcosmeticswholesale.com. Items from both places took 8 or 9 days (please know that mail in Norway is painfully slow - and no packages on Saturdays or Mondays). As for authenticity, I've purchased Studio Fix, Prep and Prime Face and Sculpt and Shape powders from her that have been legit. I don't know if these items are usually counterfeited though. I would not buy pigments or eyeshadow pots there, just because I'm too scared to. I wouldn't buy these any other place than MAC counter. I am definetely going back to her to buy more - after lent. HTH! This seller sells nothing but authentic products! I've bought so many things with her over the years and I have never ever been disappointed in any way! I know that she buys her stock directly from Estee Lauder/Mac and sometimes buys from other sellers who quit selling for one reason or another. She is a very friendly and trustworthy seller that I would highly recommend to everyone! I've bought everything from her, from Mac refill e/s pan to La Mer Creme, but also Mac brushes, blushes, pigments, quads, palette's and more....everything is legit and I know about Mac! ;-) Remember that sometimes she sells products that are from collections from a long time ago so names may be not so familiar to most of you....but if you do some research here at Specktra you'll probably find out from which collections they are from. So don't worry about this seller, it's just a great store with even greater stuff!
